Shipping Policy

1. Flat-Rate Shipping

Flat-rate per order, shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This flat rate applies to all products and combinations — no matter what you order, shipping is one flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $50.

2. Delivery Timeline

3–5 business days from ship date. All current orders are pre-orders shipping July 11, 2026.

3. Geographic Coverage

Contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories, or international addresses at this time.

4. Tracking

A USPS tracking number will be provided by email when your order ships.

5. Pre-Order Shipping

All current orders ship on or around July 11, 2026. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number when your order ships.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact info@opstrays.com with your order details. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and replace or refund damaged shipments at no cost to you.

7. Address Changes

Email info@opstrays.com before the ship date to update your shipping address. Address changes cannot be made after an order has shipped.
