Returns & Refund Policy

1. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the July 11, 2026 ship date. Email info@opstrays.com with your order details to request a cancellation.

2. Returns After Delivery

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original condition. Contact info@opstrays.com to initiate a return.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

4. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at info@opstrays.com with a description and photos. We will replace or fully refund at no cost to you — no return required.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used replacement pads are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
